Mannheim holiday show returns

From Thursday, Dec. 13, to Wednesday, January 2, colorful lights will dance across the Crazy Horse mountain carving to the festive music of Mannheim Steamroller. This is the fourth year of the holiday musical program, made possible by group founder Chip Davis.
The nightly show begins at 5 p.m. and can be easily seen and heard from the parking area, the viewing deck and various locations inside the visitor complex.
Admission is 3 cans of food per person or a monetary contribution for the KOTA Care & Share Food Drive.
During this holiday period, Crazy Horse visitors also will see 65 years of collected ornaments, from antiques to contemporary displays.
The Memorial’s Laughing Water Restaurant will extend its evening dinner hours and will offer Sunday brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The restaurant will be closed on Dec. 25 and Dec. 31.
