Deadline nears for 2013 bike drawing
If you want “Help From Above” you have until 2 p.m. (MT) Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, to buy your tickets for the 2013 Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation raffle drawing.
We are talking about the custom motorcycle built and contributed by Steve Koontz of Fighting Chance Customs of Shelbyville, Illinois.
Steve created the aerodynamic bike, with aircraft-like details and Army green paint theme, to honor the country’s military personnel and service veterans. He said the defenders of freedom inspired and received “Help From Above.”
The nonprofit Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation uses annual motorcycle drawing proceeds to help fund carving on the mountain and its educational programs.
The drawing will be held at 3 p.m. at Crazy Horse Memorial, part of the day’s events to honor Crazy Horse the man and sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski. You need not be present to win the motorcycle.
Tickets for “Help from Above” are $20 each or $50 for three. Call (605) 673-4681 or email email@example.com for ticket information.
