Native American Heritage Month - November

November is National Native American Heritage Month. Proclaimed by President George H. W. Bush in 1990, he "authorized and requested to call upon Federal, State, and local Governments, groups, organizations, and the people of the United States to observe such month with appropriate programs, ceremoines, and activities" to honor and celebrate all Indignous people.

Here at Crazy Horse Memorial® we are proud of our Mission to protect and preserve the culturals, traditions, and living heritage of all North American tribes every day. Please visit us at the Memorial or follow us on social media as we share the Memorial's efforts to fulfill our Mission.
