CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION MOUNTAIN RELEASE FORM

I hereby RELEASE and forever discharge the CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, its successors and assigns, heirs, executors, administrators, and all other persons, firms, businesses, foundations, companies, partnerships, corporations, and other personal, corporate or business entities, from any and all claims and causes of action, known and unknown, including any and all negligent action or inaction by the CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, its employees and agents, known or unknown, arising from my visit to Crazy Horse Mountain including, but not limited to, my decision to be transported to Crazy Horse Mountain in a vehicle under the direct or indirect control of the CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, and/or my decision to walk or hike on or about those premises under the direct or indirect control of the CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION during the Volksmarch or at any other time. I intend this RELEASE to bind myself and any successors. I know that this document is a RELEASE. By signing this document, I know that I am hereby RELEASING the CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION from any and all liability to me arising out of my visit to Crazy Horse Mountain including, but not limited to, my decision to be transported to Crazy Horse Mountain in a vehicle under the direct or indirect control of CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, and/or decision to walk or hike on or about those premises under the direct or indirect control of the CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION during the Volksmarch or at any other time.
