Crazy Horse Memorial awarded Whitney Rencountre II the 2019 Educator of the Year on October 14, 2019. Whitney is a life-long singer and promoter of traditional Lakota/Dakota song and dance. Whitney's outlook is to share his rich culture with the goal of creating understanding and fostering positive change in the world.
