The Mountain Crew has been researching rock saw options. This fragment held in the air by the Manitou was removed from the Mountain by first drilling vertical and horizontal saw blade access holes and then conducting a field test with an onsite saw candidate. Take note of the unique smoothness on the newly exposed granite. Also, noticeable on one of the fragments in the foreground is the perfect angle formed by the drill operator creating the preparatory holes. #MountainMonday
