Inspired by requests of our #MountainMonday followers, every few weeks we will feature a member of the Mountain Crew so you can meet them. Crazy Horse Mountain Carving is grateful to this group of dedicated and humble workers. Our posted image does not contain all of the Crew, and in fact, the Crew is continuing to grow. Adding workers requires funds, training, proper equipment, tools and a planned area for them to work safely (protecting others and the future of the sculpture). This summer the Crew was made up of 12 individuals, including and led by Mountain Carving Director and daughter of Korczak and Ruth Ziolkowski, Monique.
